Your childhood is simply happiness. No responsibilities and no decision making. Its just fun!

As you grow up — you need to create happiness. Like success, happiness also needs to be achieved.

Irony is you never step back to check what makes you happy or what is happness for you?

Enjoy every moment is so over rated. You cannot be happy all the time. But you can plan your happiness.

Happiness can be achieved by planning for it. Let’s see the layers of happiness:

  1. Health: If you are not healthy — You cannot be happy. There is nothing more to say on it. Being healthy is matter of healthy food choices, good fitness routine and good sleep routine
  2. Career success: Only way to be happy with your career is figuring out whats play for you and still makes money for you. All said and done career is money earned against your time unless you figure out a way or product or a system which makes money for you while you have delegated everything except capital and direction to your team. But you can be a music producer, chef, artist, SM influencer, digital marketer and make money. You can’t come back home and tell — I am tired. Getting tired physically is okay but not mentally.
  3. Freedom: Freedom comes from career success. You cannot be happy if you are not free to choose what to do with your time. Achieving freedom is tough you don’t have right guidance. 9 to 5 is a vicious circle, its never enough. Freedom is again a thoughtful choice, ironically we never give it a thought. Society has a well made plan for you and you simply follow it. Take a step back, figure out how you will achieve freedom — Freedom of where you want to spend your time.
  4. Family (earlier tribe): All said and done — We are a social animal (unless you become extremely spiritual and you have a realisation that happiness is a state of mind. But for all other practical ways, you need a family. Family needs to be build and couple builds family. It takes lot of love, understanding and compassion to build a family.

These are 4 pillars of being happy. There is more to it but it stems out of one of the 4 pillars. None of them can have any weakness for you to be happy.

As you grow, focus on all 4 to make best of your life. Remember, you will die one day — ALONE. The satisfaction is how you lived?

Cheers and Be happy!
